Price lists

Anybody else having to wait a while for price lists and marketing pieces to pull up in Navigo? Not having any buffering issues with my computer but it takes a couple of minutes to pull the PDF.

I am on iPad latest version.

Thoughts?

    Hi Jack Your cost for Wix is a one time website construction fee of $495 and a standard hosting and maintenance fee of $35/month.

Working on referral partners…banks/credit unions, commercial real estate agents, foodservice reps (Sysco, PFG, US Foods, etc.), CPA offices. Who am I missing? The brain fog is kicking in so I need your feedback. Thanks!

    Tom, my thoughts for you... Business Brokers and anyone that does "Business Valuations" can be a good source. Typically most owners do not want their employees to know the business is for sale. So they stay away from Commercial RE Brokers. A Business Broker can be easy to refer back to, just ask your current merchant what their plan is for the future of their company is? Especially if they're aging out. Second, find a beer distributor. They are often one of the first ones to know if a new business is coming into town or taking over an old location. An individual driver can sometimes be the best resource. Third, find a successful local IT company. PCI security can help you both ways. Banks are good and I have worked with a number of them. But they can be slow to move and limited in their willingness to be proactive and or share information. Instead every time you sign a new deal ask the merchant who they work with at their Bank. Once you have started processing with them, make an appointment with the Banker, introduce yourself and let them know that while you took the processing, you will make sure to help them keep the Deposits at their Bank. Deposits are what drives Bankers, not third party services. You may be surprised by their response. Then ask them if they have anyone else that is unhappy with their processing? Now you don't have to share a residual.
I am having difficulty easily finding what I need ...
I am having difficulty easily finding what I need in MX Connect. Seems we have to go to multiple screens to find what we need. And, names aren't what I am used to. I like Deposits to say Deposits and not ACH funding, same with the names for batches, transactions, etc.(vs captured, etc) In addition, I had a customer complain today that his MX Merchant doesn't have any October batches posted. I had another customer complain today that his MX Merchant isn't user friendly like his Beyond One. Is anyone else confused or unhappy or getting customer complaints? I feel like I am calling support too much with these type calls.

    Unfortunately I’ve barked up that tree many times and get denied every time. Their software is proprietary. If you find a way, please let me know. I’ve got a ton of places I could convert!
What does everyone think about having a sales boar...
What does everyone think about having a sales board where everyone is ranked each month? I always found that was a great tool as sales people are naturally competitive and it's always fun seeing your name on the board, especially if it's near the top. It could be an opt in thing where only those that are into it could participate and we could even us aliases if some want. Thoughts?

    I'm a little late here, but I agree to a certain point. Also, I agree just posting the top 20 or 25. I found it to always give me more drive and ambition therefor I would work harder. To earn a spot on the top 25 should be everyone's goal especially when it comes to sales. For everyone else everyone can receive an email saying where they stand. For example a simple email that states last month you ranked 41 out of 200 without providing any other names besides the top 25. Just a thought.

    One more thing...I mentioned only if all agents agree. I would hate to come in at #3 when there were 20 agents who did better than me but didn't opt in.

    Maybe recognition for top 20 (top margin and or # of deals sold) and with ALL sales agents agreeing. But there are a lot of "inactive" people. Some just board on the side or just a great once in a while. They won't want to see their names on the bottom every month. But if everyone agrees and only the top 20 are published then it would not offend anyone who isn't 100% active.

    POSbank is hardware, so the real deciding question would be does the POS you want work with POSbank hardware. The POS software development will determine the payment processor integration.
